Formulated with high-purity Calcium Oxide, our desiccant masterbatch chemically reacts with micro-moisture trapped inside resin during processing. By capturing water molecules at the molecular level, it prevents surface defects like silver streaks, fish eyes, pinholes, and internal porosity—delivering void-free, high-density finished goods.  

 Our anti-moisture granules reduce or eliminate the need for costly, energy-intensive pre-drying cycles in hoppers. The active formula enhances melt strength and plastic flow rate, shortening cycle times and lowering power consumption while keeping production lines running at peak speed. 

 Beyond moisture absorption, the advanced coating on our granules ensures rapid, uniform dispersion throughout the polymer matrix. This results in superior surface gloss, smoother wall textures, and increased tensile and impact strength—allowing processors to safely increase recycled resin content without compromising quality.
